WORK-OUT: Rock Climbing

In keeping with my fitness goal for the summer to try 1 new workout every week- this week it was rock climbing!  I went to Upper Limits climbing gym, strapped on a harness, and then climbed straight to the top of a 25ft vertical wall! Felt a bit like Spiderman and it was AWESOME. Next day most sore: forearms, calves, lats and glutes.

I’ve heard Brooklyn Boulders is a great climbing gym for NYC and I totally intend to start going when I get back!
