To Do Get Buff

TIP: Scheduling time for your workout is just part of it.  Before training, make a short “To-Do List” for the workout.  For Example:

____ Run Stairs 10x ____ Pushups 3 sets ____ Ab work 8min ____ Stretch

This will help maintain focus and maximize your time.  My workout above would take apx 18min.
