As always, start with a WARM-UP

MINIMUM: 2 minutes SUGGESTED: 20-40 minutes of cardio


Single-Leg Lunges with Towel 20 on each side

Single-Arm Push-Up Sliders 20 total

Deep Squats with Overhead Reach 20 total

Deep Lunge Push-Ups 20 on each side

Plank Crunches on Towel 20 total
