SUNSET SANDBAG WORKOUT

THE WORKOUT : Warm-Up  (Mine was a 3-mile bike ride to the beach.)

20 Lunge, Twist w/ Overhead Press

20 Jump Squats w/ Sandbag Switch

20 Seated Abdominal Twists

4 Suicide Sprints

20 Burpees (XFit Style)

Repeat for 3 sets!
