The US Tri-Team Workout

Doing something new each week.   This time I visited Chelsea Piers to meet up with Coach Scott Berlinger:  coach of the US Champion Tri-team, Ironman, and former American Gladiator!   Scott’s workout was intense.   The cardio & lower-body portion took place in the volleyball pit.  HERE’S A TIP FOR YOU- LISTEN UP! Want extra burn? A new twist on your workout?  TAKE IT TO THE BEACH. All regular activities will become twice as hard when done in the sand.    Running, Jump Squats, Lunges, Shuffles, Relays, etc.  I promise you will burn for days!   And that was just the beginning…
