It's National Women's Health Week and this Thursday is a groundbreaking fitness event: The Sports Bra Challenge!  I'm super stoked to be a part of this event in more ways than one.  At 2pm I will be performing HIGH-ENERGY dance music as one half of NoWayJosie and at 5pm I will be teaching a 100-bike OUTDOOR Soulcycle class with rockstar Mel G.  Bring your vibrance and your energy- and leave your shirt at home!

2012 SPORTS BRA CHALLENGE

WHAT: Two, 100 bike SoulCycle classes and one, 150 person Vinyasa Yoga Class outside in Union Square Park.

WHEN: Thursday, May 17th, 2pm-8pm

WHY PARTICIPATE: The day-long charity event is an epic celebration of our bodies! Participate in classes, hear live music and support S.E.A.K. Foundation help teens discover the inner-confidence and passion to achieve their goals.

2:00pm: Live performance by No Way Josie

2:30pm: Women’s Nutrition with Tanya Zuckerbrot, M.S., R.D. founder of the F-Factor Diet (ongoing consultations for you and your kids from 3-5pm)

3:00pm: Vinyasa Yoga Class led by Halle Becker

4:00pm: Crunch Fitness presents POUND ROCKOUT WORKOUT (free for KIDS)! Led by Kristin Sudeikis and Rachel Warren 

5:00pm: SoulCycle Class led by Kym Perfetto and Melanie Griffith 

6:00pm: SURPRISE live musical performance and Ambassador of Hope presentation

6:30pm: SoulCycle Class led by Jenny Gaither and Ayana Curtis
